PAWSA

PAWSA is a London-based DJ and producer who writes stripped-down, straightforward tech-house tracks strictly for the dancefloor, with driving grooves, sparse melodies, and energetic vocal samples. He began spinning at clubs around Europe, sometimes accompanying his friend TÂCHES, and producing an online mix series in 2013. PAWSA's debut EP, Pilot, was released in early 2014 by Lost Records. His tracks received attention from DJs such as Damian Lazarus and Jackmaster, and his profile grew, with more gigs and tracks on Electronique (Vanity EP) and Green Velvet's Relief Records (Cajual vs. Relief compilation). In 2015, PAWSA co-founded Solid Grooves Records with Michael Bibi, and the artist released an EP titled Stage Two. He also released the Flux EP on Nicole Moudaber's Mood Records. ~ Paul Simpson, Rovi
