A new lawsuit has made the explosive claim that actress Riley Keough, the granddaughter of Elvis Presley, is the biological mother of John Travolta's 15-year-old son Benjamin.

The allegation surfaced in court documents filed on December 16, 2025, as part of an ongoing legal battle between Priscilla Presley's former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, and Priscilla's son Navarone Garcia over an alleged breach of contract.

According to the filing, Kruse alleges that Michael Lockwood, the ex-husband of the late Lisa Marie Presley, told her that Kelly Preston had been unable to bear her own children. The lawsuit claims that Travolta and Preston previously used Lisa Marie's eggs to get pregnant, though it does not specify whether any such pregnancy was carried to term.

The complaint further alleges that the couple later no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie's eggs because they did not want “eggs with heroin” on them. Lisa Marie had publicly discussed her struggle with opioid addiction prior to her death in January 2023.

As an alternative, the lawsuit claims the couple used the eggs of Presley's daughter Riley, who was 21 at the time, in exchange for a used Jaguar and a $10,000-$20,000 payment.

The court documents include references to a handwritten note with the words “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby” scribbled on it, as well as a text exchange where Ben Travolta is referred to as Priscilla's “beautiful great-grandson.”

Priscilla Presley Fires Back

Priscilla Presley's legal team has strongly denied the allegations. Her attorneys told reporters that “Kruse and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

The Presley family's counsel called the allegation against Keough “shameful” and vowed that “it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

Neither John Travolta, Riley Keough, nor Michael Lockwood is named as a defendant in the lawsuit. Kruse and Fialko included the alleged incident as an example of the duo being used “as both negotiators and mediators” among the Presley family following Lisa Marie's death.

The Travolta Family

John Travolta and Kelly Preston, who died from breast cancer in July 2020 at age 57, shared three children together: Jett, who passed away in 2009 at age 16 after suffering a seizure; daughter Ella Bleu, now 25; and Benjamin, born November 23, 2010.

At the time of Ben's birth, the couple called their youngest child a “miracle.” “He's given the house a renewed spirit and purpose,” Travolta told People magazine in 2011.

Representatives for Travolta, 71, and Keough, 36, have not publicly commented on the allegations.
