Primus Announces a Limited Edition 7-in Vinyl Release

Primus, the iconic funk metal band known for its experimental soundscapes, is making headlines once again with the announcement of a limited-edition 7-inch vinyl release for their latest track, “Little Lord Fentanyl.” This release is poised as a collector’s item, available in four unique color variants — burgundy, gold, grey, and white. Set to make its way into the hands of eager fans on August 15, it will be accessible at retail outlets and during the band’s expansive “Onward & Upward” summer tour which kicks off on July 5. The 7-inch serves not only as a physical addition to fans’ collections but also reintroduces “Duchess (And The Proverbial Mind Spread)” in a live format as its B-side, recorded at the Mann Music Center in Philadelphia. This track originally hails from their 1998 “Brown Album.”
