What Carlos Santana Said About the Tour Name

Carlos Santana explained the thinking behind the tour’s title in a statement accompanying the announcement. “Our intention, motives and purpose is to awaken a deeper awareness that this is the Planet of Free Will, and that each of us has the power to choose unity over division, harmony over conflict, and love over fear,” he said. “At every Santana concert, we bring and share unity, harmony, and oneness with every note and we remind everyone that we have the free will to choose a higher consciousness and live for the highest good of all.”

How Does the Tour Fit Around Santana’s Las Vegas Residency?

The European dates are scheduled to run after, and partly alongside, Santana’s long-running Las Vegas residency, An Intimate Evening with Santana: Greatest Hits Live, held at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. That residency is now in its 14th year and has been extended with fresh dates.

Remaining 2026 residency shows are set for November 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14 and 15. Additional 2027 residency dates are scheduled for January 20, 21, 23, 24, 27, 28, 30 and 31, followed by a second block on May 12, 13, 15, 16, 19, 20, 22 and 23.

Santana’s Reunion With Wyclef Jean

On October 16, 2026, Santana appeared alongside Wyclef Jean on a remix of Jean’s track “Freedom,” taken from his new album Clef Notes – Quantum Leap Vol. 1, which is planned as the first installment in a seven-volume series. The pairing marks a return collaboration for the two artists, who previously worked together on “Maria Maria” from Santana’s 1999 album Supernatural.

How to Get Tickets for Santana’s 2027 Tour
