What the Arrest Affidavit Says Happened

An arrest affidavit obtained by TMZ describes a heated argument between Neil and Andreani on Sunday afternoon in Williamson County. According to the document, Andreani threw a glass plate that hit Neil in the neck, then tore his shirt and scratched his chest during the confrontation.

The affidavit further states that Andreani threw several glass vases, which shattered during the incident. Neil allegedly responded by pulling Andreani to the ground by her hair, and she is accused of repeatedly attempting to kick him in the groin while on the ground.

Andreani reportedly told officers that Neil had punched her in the face, but police said they found no visible injury to support that claim. Officers who responded to a call about a domestic disturbance determined that Andreani was the primary aggressor and arrested her on a misdemeanor domestic assault charge.

A source speaking to TMZ said it remains unclear what sparked the dispute between the couple, but claimed Andreani began damaging Neil’s home before the alleged assault took place.

Vince Neil and Rain Hannah’s Relationship History

Neil and Andreani, who works as a makeup artist, previously ended their relationship in May 2025 after being together for 15 years. Sources told TMZ at the time that the split came after Neil suspected Andreani of having an affair.

Following the breakup, Neil was photographed holding hands with two different women while in Nashville. Sources later told TMZ that Neil and Andreani reconciled about a month after their split, reportedly in June 2025.

Andreani had also been seriously injured in an earlier incident involving Neil. In February 2025, she was aboard Neil’s private jet when it crashed into a parked plane at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona. The crash killed the pilot, and Andreani, who was on the plane with a friend and their dogs, suffered multiple broken bones.
