Jasiel “Yung Joc” Robinson, the talented artist behind MasterMind Music INC., was born on September 20, 1980, in Atlanta, GA. Recognized as a Multi-platinum Grammy Award-nominated Artist, he is also known for his contributions as an American television personality and Producer. His albums, such as 2006’s platinum-selling ‘New Joc City’ and the 2007 follow-up ‘Hustlenomics,’ made impressive debuts at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 and #1 on the R&B Chart, producing multiple Platinum and Gold singles like “It’s Goin’ Down,” “I Know You See It,” and “1st Time,” which are certified by the RIAA. Yung Joc’s influence extends to hit songs for various artists, including Danity Kane’s “Show Stopper,” T-Pain’s “Buy You A Drank,” and Lil Boosie’s “Zoom.” In 2009, he founded Swagg Team Entertainment under Sony, introducing artists like Hot Stylz and the GS Boyz with Platinum hits. Additionally, Yung Joc established a publishing company named Grannyman Publications. Transitioning to television, he became a part of VH-1’s popular reality show “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” in its 3rd season. Recently, in early 2017, he assumed the role of a radio host on Streetz 94.5, hosting The Streetz Morning Take Over. Currently, Yung Joc is dedicated to crafting new music releases, including the upcoming single “Perfect Timing ft. Gunna & B. Smyth” produced by Grammy winner Blac Elvis, and nurturing emerging talent for the industry.
