Armand Van Helden, a prominent figure in the world of house music, transitioned from being a well-kept secret to becoming one of the top names in dance music. His journey began in 1996 with a series of album productions and remix classics that garnered more attention than the originals. He collaborated with labels such as Strictly Rhythm, Henry St., and Logic before solidifying his position as a leading producer for Strictly Rhythm alongside renowned artists like Todd Terry, Erick Morillo, and Masters at Work. By the late ’90s, his remixes and albums propelled him to widespread fame, leading to successful partnerships with Dizzee Rascal, Steve Aoki, and A-Trak.
Growing up in various countries due to his father’s Air Force career, Armand Van Helden developed a passion for music at a young age.
