Ackquille Jean Pollard, professionally known as Bobby Shmurda, is a prominent American rapper recognized for his contributions to Brooklyn drill music. Bobby Shmurda gained global recognition in 2014 with the success of his hit single, ‘Hot Nigga’, which reached number six on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This milestone paved the way for Bobby Shmurda to sign a deal with Epic Records for the release of his debut EP, ‘Shmurda She Wrote’, in the same year.
