Enur

Enur, the Copenhagen-based dance producer and DJ Rune Kølsch, gained widespread recognition in 2007 with a compelling reimagined version of his earlier track ‘Calabria,’ featuring the talented reggae vocalist Natasja Saad from Denmark. This collaboration led to a significant milestone as the track surged to the top of Billboard’s U.S. dance chart in early 2008. Tragically, Natasja Saad passed away in a car accident in June 2007, marking a poignant chapter in Enur’s career. Alongside his musical endeavors as Enur, Rune Kølsch also forms part of the duo Artificial Funk with his brother, Johannes Torpe. Additionally, he has showcased his versatile creativity through various aliases like Heavy Rock, Ink & Needle, and Rude RKade, demonstrating a deep passion for music exploration and innovation. The anticipation was palpable in the music industry as the renowned Ultra label aimed to release ‘Enur: The Album’ in March 2008, promising a refreshing blend of Enur’s signature style and musical evolution. Andy Kellman, a notable figure in the industry, shed light on Enur’s illustrious journey, highlighting his contributions and the anticipation surrounding his upcoming album.
