EXO

Exo, stylized in all caps as 엑소, is a renowned South Korean-Chinese boy band headquartered in Seoul. The group was established by SM Entertainment in 2011 and officially debuted in 2012, captivating audiences with their exceptional music and performances in Korean, Mandarin, and Japanese. Comprising a talented lineup of nine members – Xiumin, Suho, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, and Sehun, Exo’s versatility and charisma have set them apart in the music industry.
Initially starting with twelve members divided into Exo-K and Exo-M, the group faced changes as Kris, Luhan, and Tao left amid legal disputes with SM Entertainment. Despite the challenges, Exo continued to flourish, consolidating into a single group to deliver diverse music across languages. Standout achievements include the success of their albums, such as XOXO and Don’t Mess Up My Tempo, breaking records and earning global acclaim. Alongside their musical accomplishments, Exo has received accolades, performed in numerous concerts, and been recognized as influential figures in the entertainment world, earning titles like ‘Nation’s Pick’ and ‘Kings of K-pop’. Beyond their music, the members have engaged in philanthropic initiatives, securing their status as not just talented artists but also compassionate role models.
