Alice Merton
Growing up around the world, singer/songwriter Alice Merton was as influenced by other cultures as much as transience itself. Born in Germany and raised in Canada and England, Alice Merton’s absorption of different styles and sounds helped craft the worldly progressive pop leanings on her debut “No Roots”. The last couple of years could fill an entire career: Playing Coachella, 8x Platinum, US-Gold, the release of her album “MINT+4” in January 2019 and follow up album “S.I.D.E.S.” in 2022, “Waste My Life” & “Charlie Brown” (2023). All done independent, everything homemade.
Read MoreThe Head And The Heart
After five albums together, The Head and The Heart have journeyed their way through a lot of different terrain – a critically and commercially revered debut album and follow up on stalwart indie Sub Pop, followed by three albums with big hits on major label Warner Records. But after touring in support of 2022’s Every Shade of Blue tour, they started asking questions. Where have we been and what’s next? Taking their future into their own hands, the band decamped to Richmond, Va., and hit the reset button with a grip of ideas in tow. As they did in their early years, band members handled production duties themselves. Staying true to their own creative vision was paramount, and through a year of sessions in Richmond and Seattle, The Head and The Heart found their way forward by believing in their power as one. You can hear that unity and self-belief in the band’s latest single, “Arrow.”
Read MoreNew Order
From the ashes of legendary band Joy Division, New Order triumphed over tragedy to emerge as one of the most influential and acclaimed bands of all time. After Ian Curtis tragically took his own life, Bernard Sumner (keyboardist and guitarist), Peter Hook (bassist) and Stephen Morris (drummer) re-formed the same year as New Order, with the addition of Gillian Gilbert (keyboardist and guitarist) and Sumner reluctantly taking over as vocalist. Their debut Movement (1981) was shadowed by the legacy of Joy Division; going forward the band combined their original post-punk sound with influences from New York’s club scene. The result was Power, Corruption & Lies (1983).
“Blue Monday” then became the best-selling 12-inch single of all time, moving over 3 million copies worldwide.
New Order then released the albums Low-Life (1985), Brotherhood (1986), Substance (1987) and Technique (1989). Between several brief hiatuses and line-up alterations, Republic (1993), Get Ready (2001) and Waiting for the Sirens’ Call (2005) came out, before Peter Hook’s departure in 2007. The band released their critically acclaimed tenth studio album Music Complete in 2015 featuring guest vocals from Iggy Pop, Brandon Flowers and Elly Jackson of La Roux. The band have performed at prestigious festivals and venues such as Glastonbury, Coachella, Royal Albert Hall, Hollywood Bowl and Sydney Opera House. Continuing to forge the future, they have recently released the lauded new single Be a Rebel.

Big Data
BIG DATA is the paranoid pop brainchild of artist/producer, Alan Wilkis. His music explores the relationship between man and machine, and the ways in which technology is reshaping the human experience. In 2014, BD made waves with the #1 alternative hit, Dangerous (feat. Joywave), which has since been certified Gold in the US and Canada. Big Data’s 2015 debut album, 2.0, featured collaborations with Kimbra, Rivers Cuomo, Twin Shadow, Dragonette, and Jamie Lidell.
‘3.0’ is Big Data’s long-awaited upgrade. It spotlights the subject of artificial intelligence and its many possible applications in our not-too-distant future. While AI may prove to be humanity’s greatest achievement, it carries with it a risk that is both existential and irreversible… one of many reasons why experts refer to AI as our “final invention.” There is a simultaneous sense of wonder and terror to AI, and that duality is the engine behind Big Data’s upcoming new music.
White Reaper
White Reaper – Tony Esposito [guitar, vocals], Ryan Hater [keys], Hunter Thompson [guitar], Nick Wilkerson [drums, percussion], and Sam Wilkerson [bass] – have arrived as one of the 21st century’s preeminent rock bands. Ushering in a new era, White Reaper are unapologetically embracing their collective essence – musically sincere and uncontainable on stage. Grinding it out behind independent LPs White Reaper Does It Again [2015] and The World’s Best American Band [2017], they leveled up on their Elektra Records debut, You Deserve Love, in 2019. A flurry of critical acclaim followed, while the album’s lead single “Might Be Right” vaulted to #1 at Alternative Radio and tallied tens of millions of streams. The band lit up ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! for their late-night TV debut and Pearl Jam brought them in tow as special guests on their most recent arena tour. Guided by the ethos that their songs are meant to be immediate and timeless, the band went to Nashville where they wrote and largely self-produced their fourth full-length LP, Asking for a Ride, with the help of friend and engineer Jeremy Ferguson. This time around, they directly channeled the energy of their live show in order to replicate that connection in the songs. On Asking for a Ride, you’ll get the band’s signature chrome-plated riffs, mixed with thrash, stadium-made choruses, and blissful acoustic comedowns. This is five dudes churning out bangers like their lives depend on it.

Heartfelt and hardworking. Jay Putty has settled into a new home and groove in Nashville. Jay Putty can be found on Sunday morning’s brunching barefoot and playing guitar.
A songwriter by day and avid movie goer every hour in between. It’s no coincidence that recent releases have been streaming in numbers by the 100’s of thousands as well as used with brands such as Ralph Lauren, Busch Gardens, and Draftkings. Not bad for a small town kid from Indiana who only picked up a guitar because of sports injuries. Though, an excess of concussions may have ended a recreational sports career.
Refusing to wait for a “big break” Jay’s following has been built upon the uniquely genuine relationships he has developed with his fan base. An engaging optimist and empathetic soul, transparently vulnerable songs share experiences of love and self-reflection.
Atlas Genius
In 2011, Atlas Genius saw immediate success with the breakthrough of their debut hit single “Trojans.” Over the last ten years, the Australian-bred band of brothers has proven that their knack for creating catchy-yet-meaningful alt-pop was no fluke. Atlas Genius has amassed nearly 300 million streams to date, played on sold-out arena tour line-ups, and have been invited to perform on national shows such as The Tonight Show, The Late Late Show, and Jimmy Kimmel Live. Now, the group is back with a new project that shows how artists can reach their highest heights just by going home.
Atlas’ newest single, “Elegant Strangers,” initially started as a collaboration between singer Keith Jeffery, acclaimed producer Ben H. Allen, and The Bravery singer/songwriter Sam Endicott. After many attempts in Los Angeles, the band flew to Australia in early 2020 to record in their studio. Built by hand by the three Jeffery brothers and their father, the studio gave birth to Atlas Genius and their 2012 debut album ‘When It Was Now’ and the gold single “Trojans.” From the whirlwind that ensued, their home studio lay dormant for almost eight years. Atlas Genius went back to their roots to capture the energy of the remote area where they grew up in South Australia.
Fountains Of Wayne
Fountains of Wayne, an American power pop band hailing from New Jersey, rose to prominence with the release of “Stacy’s Mom” in 2003. Despite prior years of crafting British-influenced pop songs with wry lyrics, the band’s breakout success came with the polished sound of 2003’s Welcome Interstate Managers. Co-founder Adam Schlesinger, who also pursued a successful career as a producer and ghostwriter, played a key role in the band’s journey.
Schlesinger’s musical path intertwined with Chris Collingwood’s at Williams College in 1986, leading to the formation of Fountains of Wayne in 1995. From humble beginnings and legal struggles to Grammy nominations and gold certifications, the band navigated a mix of successes and setbacks. Their albums, including Utopia Parkway and Welcome Interstate Managers, showcased a blend of melodic tunes and poignant lyrics, setting them apart in the power pop scene. Despite lineup changes and label mishaps, Fountains of Wayne persevered, captivating audiences with their unique sound until the untimely passing of Adam Schlesinger in 2020, leaving a void in the music world.

Their latest single, “Autopilot,” released after their previous track “Birds and the Bees,” continues to showcase their unique blend of moody lyrics and explosive musical style that’s become a signature of the band. The track’s melancholic and spacey sound complements the lyrical and vocal performance, delivering a message that many find poignant and moving. This single reinforces their appeal to fans of modern rock and alternative music. The band’s punkish live shows are known for their high energy and connection with the audience, often leading to unforgettable experiences for both the band and their fans.

The Bravery
Formed during the height of the ‘00s New York City post-punk revival, the Bravery combined stylish ‘80s Punk/New Wave with introspective lyrics and myriad musical influences including electronica, funk, dance-punk, pop and shoegaze. They have released three critically-acclaimed albums and a series of Top 10 singles, including enduring radio staples such as “An Honest Mistake” and “Believe.” The band originally began as the recording project of two school friends, singer/songwriter Sam Endicott and keyboardist John Conway, after they moved to New York City in the early ‘00s. The first album was recorded in their bedrooms, after which an ad was placed on Craigslist looking for band members to play the material live. Guitarist Michael Zakarin responded, and brought with him best friend Michael Hindert who was assigned the bass. Drummer Anthony Burulcich was met through mutual friends. The newly-assembled band played their first show at the Stinger Club in Brooklyn, and word-of-mouth quickly led to regular performances in NYC and Boston, followed by a residency at Arlene’s Grocery in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The band self-promoted by handing out CDs and postering the Lower East Side and Brooklyn. As an unsigned band, An Honest Mistake started getting radio airplay on Zane Lowe’s Radio One show in the UK as well as Live 105 in San Francisco and WFNX in Boston.
In 2015 the band announced that they were on indefinite hiatus.
