LCD Soundsystem Announce 2025 Tour, Kicking Off at M3F Festival

LCD Soundsystem, led by the dynamic James Murphy, is once again capturing the spotlight with a newly announced North American tour slated for 2025. The excitement surrounding their return to the stage is palpable, and fans are eagerly anticipating these live performances. The tour kicks off with a promising appearance at the M3F Music Festival in Phoenix, Arizona, on March 7, 2025. This concert marks the beginning of a thrilling journey across the United States that will see the band perform at various illustrious venues from March through May, before they head over to Europe for festival appearances in June.

The tour promises to be a multi-sensory experience for music lovers, with each show being uniquely distinguished by its lineup of supporting acts. Entertainment is set to sparkle not only from LCD Soundsystem’s electrifying performances but also with special appearances by Gustaf and Nation of Language. These supporting acts will join the tour at select locations, bringing an extra layer of sonic depth and diversity to the concerts. As the band takes the stage in San Diego at Gallagher Square at Petco Park on March 8, fans can look forward to a collaborative display of contemporary indie and electronic music mastery.

April opens with back-to-back dates in Austin, Texas, where the band will command the stage at Emo’s from April 22 to 24. These performances are set against the backdrop of Austin’s vibrant music scene, an apt locale for the group’s eclectic sound. Following their stint in Austin, the tour proceeds to Dallas’s The Factory in Deep Ellum for two shows on April 26 and 27. The excitement continues into May as the band sets up for consecutive nights at the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans on April 30 and May 1. The tour will culminate in Atlanta, Georgia, with performances at the Coca-Cola Roxy on May 3 and 4. With a reputation for creating one-of-a-kind sonic landscapes, each stop is likely to deliver an unforgettable experience.

Tickets becoming available as of January 31, 2025, adds to the anticipation, with die-hard fans ready to secure their places at what is expected to be one of the most engaging tours of the year. The shows are not just about revisiting old favorites but also bringing new works to the fore, as evidenced by the recent release of their single “X-Ray Eyes.” This fresh release, along with mentions of an upcoming album, suggests that the tour will serve not only as a celebration of past hits but also as a spotlight on the band’s current creative efforts.
