James Taylor, the iconic folk singer-songwriter, has announced an extension of his highly anticipated 2025 U.S. summer tour. This tour expansion will see the addition of 17 new concert dates between August and September, enhancing an already extensive slate of performances scheduled from May through early July. Notably, his All-Star Band will accompany him, delivering what promises to be memorable musical experiences across several cities including Boston, Richmond, Atlanta, and others. This tour not only highlights Taylor's exquisite musical journey but also showcases the vibrant performances from the supporting act, Tiny Habits, an emerging band with strong Boston roots.

The tour will kick off its new leg on August 21 with a three-night performance at the Wolf Trap in Vienna, Virginia. Subsequently, Taylor will proceed to engage audiences in cities such as Boston, Richmond, and Atlanta, before wrapping up the second leg of the tour on September 17 at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Venues for this tour include prestigious concert locations such as the MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ, and the Coca-Cola Amphitheatre in Birmingham, AL, among others. Fans eager to witness Taylor's live performances can purchase tickets, which will be available through presale and general sale periods.

Tickets for these newly announced shows will go on sale to the public beginning March 14 at 10 a.m. local time. Interested fans can also take advantage of presale opportunities starting March 11. These sales are accessible through major ticketing platforms like Ticketmaster, offering fans a straightforward way to secure their spots for what's set to be an electrifying set of performances. Moreover, tickets for the initial tour leg, running through May, June, and July, have been available for some time, with shows in popular venues across the U.S. and Canada.

James Taylor's enduring appeal is reflected not only in his extensive touring schedule but also in his impressive catalog, which spans music history from his self-titled debut album in 1968 to his latest release, *American Standard*, in 2020. His expertise as a musician has earned him over 100 million album sales globally and several Grammy Awards, underscoring his influence on the modern music landscape. Taylor also continues to make cultural contributions; he was awarded the National Medal of Arts by President Obama in 2012 among other honors. His performances remain a testament to his influence as a seminal figure in the industry.

Supporting James Taylor on this tour is Tiny Habits, a promising Boston-based band known for their emotive vocal harmonies and dynamic performances. Having worked with well-known artists such as Gracie Abrams and Noah Kahan, Tiny Habits brings a fresh perspective to Taylor's tour, poised to captivate fans with their debut album, *All For Something*, and their latest single, ‘For Sale Sign’, in collaboration with Lizzy McAlpine. Their inclusion in the tour highlights Taylor’s commitment to showcasing new talent and delivering a diverse musical experience to audiences.

This dynamic lineup promises to bring a wide array of musical experiences to Taylor's audience this summer. The tour schedule not only encapsulates performance dates but also aligns with the trajectory of Taylor's storied career, offering fans both nostalgia and contemporary artistry. Taylor's ongoing connection to his music and fans remains a driving force, as he shares his extensive body of work, which includes classics like “Fire and Rain” and “You’ve Got a Friend”. Through these performances, James Taylor continues to enrich the cultural landscape, inspiring both his contemporaries and new generations of musicians.
