Janet Jackson is set to continue her musical reign in Las Vegas with an exciting extension to her ongoing residency at the Resorts World Theatre. A critically acclaimed artist with a storied career, Jackson announced the addition of six more performances this spring, thrilling fans who are eager to experience her electrifying live shows. The new dates in May — specifically on the 21st, 24th, 25th, 28th, 30th, and 31st — add to an already packed schedule, as she earlier confirmed a six-show run in February.

Since launching her residency, Janet has captivated audiences with performances that highlight her timeless classics and chart-topping hits such as “Control,” “All for You,” and “Together Again.” The extension of her Las Vegas residency comes as no surprise given the enthusiasm and support from her loyal fanbase, who flocked to sell-out shows during her initial New Year’s Eve concerts on December 30 and 31, 2024. The shows continued into early January, showcasing a setlist that spans her decades-long career, complete with deep cuts and famous tracks.

The announcement of Janet's extended stay in Las Vegas has been met with excitement from both fans and industry insiders. Bobby Reynolds, senior VP of AEG Presents Las Vegas, expressed his thrill at having Janet grace the city with her performances. He noted the significance of closing out 2024 with her concerts, which proved to be a memorable experience for fans and music aficionados alike. The addition of six more shows not only reflects Janet’s enduring popularity but also anticipates a rush for tickets as soon as they become available.

Tickets for these highly anticipated shows are set to go on sale at AXS this Friday, January 17, promising another round of swift ticket sales. Fans can also register for pre-sale tickets via the AEG Presents site, ensuring they have the best chance of securing a spot at one of her future shows. This extension not only highlights Janet Jackson’s ongoing influence in the music industry but also cements her status as a leading figure in Las Vegas's entertainment scene.
