The ‘Summer Unity Tour' is set to bring together the emblematic sounds of post-grunge rock with a co-headlining venture featuring +Live+ and Collective Soul. Marking their first collaborative tour across the United States in seventeen years, these two renowned bands will embark on a musical journey comprising 30 dates nationwide. The tour is scheduled to kick off on July 8, 2025, at the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, Washington, and will conclude on August 29, 2025, at the Hollywood Casino at Penn Race Course in Grantville, Pennsylvania. This tour is organized in partnership with Live Nation and will also include opening acts by Our Lady Peace and Greylin James Rue at each venue.

Collective Soul and +Live+ are no strangers to sharing the stage, having first met during the legendary Woodstock '94. According to Collective Soul's Ed Roland, their friendship began with a chance meeting at Woodstock, where the two bands exchanged guitar picks and bonded over their shared love of music. Since then, the camaraderie between the two bands has grown, emphasizing both their personal and professional relationship. Roland expressed his excitement about the upcoming tour, noting that after more than three decades, the bands are still eager to play together and indulge in the joy of performing, promising an unforgettable summer for fans.

+Live+'s Ed Kowalczyk also shared his enthusiasm, highlighting the vibrant energy and synergy that exist between the two bands both on and off the stage. The sentiment is echoed in his expectations for the tour, where he foresees the performances as uplifting and invigorating for all attendees. This collaboration, according to Kowalczyk, will be a unique celebratory night of rock music history in each city they visit.

To satisfy the anticipation, tickets will go on sale to the general public on March 21, 2025, with presales beginning a few days prior. Fans are encouraged to act swiftly to secure their spots at what promises to be one of the standout rock events of summer 2025. Both bands boast impressive and enduring legacies, with Collective Soul known for hits like “Shine” and “December,” and +Live+ celebrated for classics such as “Lightning Crashes” and “I Alone.” Their combined forces are expected to create a setlist that encompasses both nostalgic favorites and fresh tracks, catering to longtime supporters and newer fans alike.
