Toronto-based DJ and producer BAMBII is embracing a dynamic pulse in the electronic music landscape with the announcement of her forthcoming EP, Infinity Club II. This upcoming release is a continuation of her innovative exploration into futuristic dance-pop, having first made waves with her 2023 debut, Infinity Club. The new EP showcases BAMBII's distinctive style, resonant with the influences she gleaned from her experience in the Toronto club scene, as well as her collaborations with prominent artists such as Kelela and Shygirl. Scheduled for release on June 20 via Because Music, Infinity Club II is set to feature a robust line-up of 12 tracks, diverging from the traditional structure of an EP and offering a more album-like experience filled with guest appearances.

Lead single “Mirror,” exemplifies the EP’s vibrant and eclectic sound. The track is a collaboration featuring the vocal stylings of Jessy Lanza and Yaeji. Both artists are known for their trailblazing contributions to electronic music, and their synergy with BAMBII here shines through in a track marked by skittering beats and ethereal keyboard harmonies. This partnership underscores BAMBII's aptitude for bringing together like-minded artists to create an auditory experience that transcends traditional genre boundaries, maintaining an avant-garde dancefloor appeal that promises to captivate listeners.

The tracklist for Infinity Club II is a testament to BAMBII’s collaborative spirit and her ear for innovation. With contributions from artists such as Ravyn Lenae, Sadboi, JELEEL!, Aluna, Lamsi, and BEAM, the EP promises a wide spectrum of sounds that blend seamlessly into BAMBII’s signature style. Notably, “Mirror” stands out as a central piece that encapsulates BAMBII's vision—a harmonious blend of uplifting rhythms and introspective lyrics that reflect the diversity and vitality of the contemporary music scene.

BAMBII’s self-directed video for “Mirror” adds an additional layer of depth to her artistic narrative. The visually engaging production complements the track’s kinetic energy, providing a visual experience that is as innovative and forward-thinking as her music. This video reinforces BAMBII’s multi-faceted approach to her craft, embodying not just the melding of sounds but also the integration of compelling visual artistry to enhance the listener’s experience.

The anticipation surrounding Infinity Club II is a result of BAMBII’s continuous push towards the evolution of her sound. Her previous works, including feature collaborations on other projects, have established her as a formidable force in the electronic dance music arena. The inclusion of artists like Jessy Lanza and Yaeji in this EP acts as both a creative synthesis and a strategic engagement with listeners who appreciate a well-crafted blend of sounds and styles.
