The announcement of Blink-182's much-anticipated 2025 ‘Missionary Impossible' tour has thrilled fans, marking yet another exciting chapter for the band renowned for its vibrant punk rock legacy. Following their successful 2024 global stadium tour, Blink-182 will hit major U.S. cities throughout late summer and early fall. Starting on August 28th in Hollywood, Florida, the trio—comprised of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker—will perform in venues ranging from amphitheaters to arenas, before wrapping up the tour on October 4th in Palm Desert, California. These shows will celebrate their latest album One More Time…, which features hit singles such as “Edging” and the title track “One More Time”. This tour also marks a significant return to their roots, showcasing a setlist that encompasses Blink-182's comprehensive catalog and esteemed history in the punk rock genre.

Joining the tour as special guests are Alkaline Trio, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans. Notably, Alkaline Trio's participation resurrects a reunion of sorts, as Matt Skiba, a current member of Alkaline Trio, was also a part of Blink-182 during Tom DeLonge's absence from the band. Skiba's history with Blink-182 strengthens the tour’s allure, offering audiences a unique blend of both bands' musical influences. The upcoming tour will feature stops in various cities including Tampa, Charleston, Raleigh, Virginia Beach, Saratoga Springs, Buffalo, and more, ensuring wide access to fans across the country. Blink-182 will headline several festivals along the way, including Sea.Hear.Now in Asbury Park, NJ and the Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta, further broadening their reach and impact.

The tour, produced by Live Nation, promises to be not just a musical event but an experiential journey. Fans are being offered VIP packages which provide enhanced concert experiences, including premium seating, pre-show hospitality access, and exclusive merchandise. This approach aligns with Blink-182's dedication to offering fans both high-quality performances and memorable interaction opportunities. Meanwhile, ticketing details have been meticulously coordinated to ensure accessibility, with a Live Nation pre-sale starting on April 10 followed by a wide public sale on April 11. Moreover, Citi cardholders have the opportunity to access tickets even earlier through a special presale beginning April 8, ensuring die-hard fans get the best possible seats.

This tour has become a major talking point within the music community, not only due to Blink-182's enduring popularity but also thanks to the band's ability to reinvent their live shows continually. This year’s lineup confirms the band's powerful chemistry and artistic vitality. Blink-182 has always been known for its electrifying performances, characterized by high energy, poignant songs, and a distinctive stage presence. Bringing back DeLonge has reignited the original spark that fans first fell in love with—a magic that is expected to shine brightly throughout the ‘Missionary Impossible' tour.
