Legendary American rock band Guns N' Roses is set to electrify Indian fans once again with their return after a 12-year hiatus. The iconic band, famed for classics such as “Sweet Child o' Mine” and “November Rain,” announced their Mumbai concert scheduled for May 17 at Mahalaxmi Racecourse. This historic site, traditionally known for hosting horse races, will now reverberate with the powerful tunes of a band that has etched its name in the annals of rock history. The show is a significant event in the band's expansive global tour that started earlier this May in South Korea and includes dates in Japan and the Middle East.

Excitingly, the concert in India is part of a grand tour lineup that marks the band’s return to the forefront of live music performances. BookMyShow Live, in collaboration with Live Nation, has been entrusted with the promotion and production of the event. Anil Makhija, COO of BookMyShow Live, expressed immense pride in bringing such a monumental act to India, acknowledging that Guns N’ Roses have left an indelible mark on rock music history across the globe. This visit underscores the group's status as one of the most enduring bands in rock, continuing to draw masses with their compelling stage performances and musical prowess.

Fans of Guns N’ Roses will witness the synergy of its longstanding members, including Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan, playing together. The reunion of these pivotal band members has revived the original essence of the group, reminiscent of their early years. The band promises a setlist filled with hits that have defined generations, providing a rich musical journey through their illustrious career. From the 1987 debut album Appetite for Destruction to newer tracks, the concert is set to be a nostalgic yet refreshing experience for attendees.

Ticket sales for the May 17 concert open exclusively to Kotak Mahindra Bank customers on March 17, with general sales following closely behind on March 19. Priced reasonably, fans are expected to grab the opportunity quickly, as the anticipation builds for this landmark performance. This concert is expected to draw significant attention from across India and beyond, with enthusiasts keen to relive the rock and roll magic that Guns N’ Roses is renowned for.
