The iconic rock bands Bachman-Turner Overdrive and The Marshall Tucker Band have teamed up for a much-anticipated co-headlining tour, the “Roll On Down The Highway 2025 Tour.” This collaboration promises a fusion of classic rock and Southern vibes that fans will revel in. The tour is set to kick off on July 18 at Harrah's Stir Cove in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Over the following weeks, it will cover a variety of venues across the United States, with performances at places like the Treasure Island Casino in Welch, Minnesota, the Scheels Arena in Fargo, North Dakota, and the Rose Music Center in Huber Heights, Ohio. The tour's finale will be held at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex in Amarillo, Texas, on August 3.

Bringing more excitement to the lineup is the inclusion of Jefferson Starship as special guests. However, fans attending the Amarillo performance will experience The Outlaws instead of Jefferson Starship. The co-headlining tour presents not just a chance to see legends at work but further showcases Randy Bachman's refreshed lineup, featuring his son Tal Bachman, known for his hit “She's So High,” which blends a mix of original compositions and classic tunes from both Bachman-Turner Overdrive and The Guess Who.

Randy Bachman, a stalwart in the rock and roll world, has successfully rejuvenated BTO, maintaining the band's legacy while integrating a modern twist. The ensemble echoes the soundtracks of many lives with decade-spanning tracks like “Takin’ Care of Business” and “You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet.”

Parallel to this tour, Bachman-Turner Overdrive embarks on the “Back In Overdrive Tour” across Canada, set in motion to commence in early April. This segment illustrates their sustained impact in their homeland. With Canadian rock bands April Wine and Headpins offering support, the tour solidifies Randy Bachman’s enduring influence in the rock domain. This Canadian voyage is primed for stops in cities like Victoria, British Columbia, and Calgary, Alberta, carrying the hallmark BTO experience across the nation.

Founded over five decades ago in Spartanburg, South Carolina, The Marshall Tucker Band remains a definitive influence in Southern rock. Their discography boasts perennial hits like “Can’t You See” and “Heard It in a Love Song” that continue to resonate with audiences. The band's evolutionary journey has been recognized with accolades such as Pandora’s Billionaires Plaque for exceeding one billion streams on the platform.

For fans old and new, the tour presents an opportunity not only to enjoy timeless rock anthems but also to experience the live vitality of rock legends. The co-headlining tour starts in July and represents a significant highlight in the summer concert calendar, offering a thrilling communion of music, nostalgia, and performance artistry that underscores rock’s unyielding appeal.
