The anticipation surrounding the Oasis reunion tour continues to grow as former bassist Andy Bell has confirmed his participation. Bell, who played with Oasis from 1999 to 2009, recently verified his involvement in this much-anticipated reunion tour with Liam and Noel Gallagher. Since the band's breakup in 2009, the Gallagher brothers have followed separate paths with Liam forming Beady Eye and Noel leading High Flying Birds. Now, after years of speculation and rumors, the brothers have come together for a tour scheduled to kick off in July 2025. Bell expressed his enthusiasm in an interview with the Austrian newspaper *Oe24*, stating, “I'm in and I’m really looking forward to it.”

The tour is notable not only for its reunification of the Gallagher brothers but also for the inclusion of both former and new members. The lineup hints at a blend of the old and new with veterans like Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs and Gem Archer, in addition to Joey Waronker on drums, representing the “new faces” Liam Gallagher had teased earlier. Archer and Bonehead are familiar to long-time fans, with both having played significant roles during the band's successful run. Waronker's addition is intriguing as he has previously collaborated with well-known bands like R.E.M. and has never played with Oasis before. The creative dynamics amongst these musicians promise to bring a fresh yet nostalgically resonant sound to the tour.

The Oasis 2025 tour will span 41 international dates, signaling not just a reunion but a comprehensive celebration of the band's enduring influence in the music world. The first concert is slated to begin on July 4, 2025, in Cardiff, Wales, followed by performances across the UK and eventually venturing into other continents. Fans are eager to discover the setlist, hoping for a blend of timeless hits mixed with live renditions that capture the band's journey since their split. The return also signifies an opportunity for those who missed the original era of Oasis to experience the band's live performance.

Interestingly, amid all the excitement, there remains a striking element of suspense about the brothers' relationship dynamics. Reports suggest that backstage arrangements have been made to keep Liam and Noel separate, despite their reunion on stage. Rumors have it that separate VIP areas and after-parties have been arranged, reflecting the complicated interpersonal dynamics that contributed to their past conflicts. While the public spats and conflicts between Noel and Liam were often headline news, the reunion offers fans a glimmer of hope that some semblance of reconciliation and professional coexistence exists.

The tour has been dubbed a “last chance” for fans to witness Oasis on stage, as their manager Alec McKinlay has been adamant there are no plans for new music or additional tour dates beyond this venture. This announcement adds an aura of finality and exclusivity to the events, propelling ticket sales and public interest. Despite the challenges and historical rifts, the brothers' decision to unite for this grand tour speaks volumes about the undiminished love for the band among their fans and the legacy they have built.
