Rob Thomas, the famed frontman of Matchbox Twenty, is making headlines once again with his much-anticipated announcement of the 2025 Australia and New Zealand tour. This tour, meticulously titled “The All Night Days Tour,” celebrates not only his upcoming sixth studio album, All Night Days, but also honors the 20th anniversary of his acclaimed debut solo album, …Something to Be. With performances scheduled in major cities such as Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington, it marks Thomas's return to the stage Down Under since his last visit in 2024 with Matchbox Twenty’s successful arena run.

The tour is set to begin with back-to-back shows on October 24 and 25 at Perth's Riverside Theatre, followed by performances in Adelaide on October 27. Melbourne fans can look forward to enjoying two nights at The Forum on October 29 and 30, while Sydney's Enmore Theatre will host the artist on November 3 and 4. A grand outdoor performance is planned at Sandstone Point in Brisbane on November 8. After finishing the Australian leg, Thomas will entertain fans in New Zealand from November 11 to 15 across Auckland, Christchurch, and Wellington. Fans can access tickets at noon local time on May 29, with details available on frontiertouring.com.

An exciting element of the upcoming tour is the stellar lineup of supporting acts, all from Australia, showcasing the best of local talent. Audiences will be treated to performances by Boy & Bear, Eskimo Joe, Little Quirks, and emerging artist Sara Berki. Rob Thomas has expressed his enthusiasm and gratitude to his Australian fans, who have always shown immense support and admiration. “Aussie fans have always been incredible to me,” Thomas stated. “I can't wait to come back and share these songs—old and new—on what's going to be a very special run of shows.”

In terms of his performance repertoire, fans are promised an unforgettable experience that spans the breadth of his career. His setlist will include popular solo hits like “Lonely No More” and “This Is How a Heart Breaks,” as well as his Grammy-winning collaboration “Smooth” with Santana. Moreover, fans of Matchbox Twenty won't be disappointed, as Thomas plans to play classics such as “3AM” and “Unwell.” This blend of old hits and new tracks from his forthcoming album guarantees a dynamic show that caters to fans both seasoned and new.

Thomas is also expanding his reach with freshly announced membership to the exclusive Rob Thomas Tour Club. This initiative offers members early ticket access, VIP packages, and unique updates throughout the tour. Membership grants opportunities for early ticket purchase starting May 26. Enthusiasts and devoted followers alike can join this exclusive club, ensuring they don’t miss out on moments to cherish from this special run of shows.

Marking his first solo album release since 2021's Chip Tooth Smile, Thomas’s All Night Days is set to be a notable addition to his discography. While the exact release date of the album is pending, anticipation has been building over what new creative directions Thomas will explore. This tour not only promises an intimate connection with fans but also serves as a celebratory journey through Thomas's artistic evolution over the past two decades.
